Class photos are a cherished keepsake that capture your child’s school journey. Here’s everything you need to know to make the most of your child’s class picture day experience!
📏 Class Photo Size
Class photos are only available in 8x10 size, which ensures that each child’s face is clearly visible. Purchasing a smaller size could lead to cropping issues, potentially impacting the final look of the design frame.
👥 Who Will Be in the Class Picture?
Includes all students present on Picture Day. If a student is absent, they won’t be in the class photo.
📅 When Will We Receive the Class Images?
Class images are available to view when the online galleries are released. Parents receive private online galleries for their child, which include class photos if taken.
- If free shipping is chosen, the printed class image will arrive at the school approximately three weeks after the galleries go live.
- If home shipping is chosen, it will arrive within 5 to 10 days after the order is placed.
🔒 Privacy Considerations
Class images are shared with all parents within the class, as we do not control which students appear in each class photo. Parents of the school will see these images in the online galleries and can select the image featuring their child's class.
👗 What Should My Child Wear?
Children should wear the same outfit for the class photo as they do for their individual Picture Day session, whether it’s their own outfit or the school uniform. This ensures a consistent look across all pictures.
🌞 Indoor or Outdoor Setting?
Class photos may be taken indoors or outdoors, depending on the school’s preferences. We tailor the Picture Day experience to align with each school’s desired setting, whether it’s in individual classrooms, a designated indoor area, or an outdoor space.
📝 Can We Request a Class Image if Not Scheduled?
Unfortunately, parents cannot request class photos individually. We coordinate the logistics for each Picture Day season well in advance, so any adjustments would need to be made by the school prior to Picture Day.
🎨 How Are Class Photos Designed?
Class photos come with a beautifully crafted design frame that includes the school name and academic year. The frame design changes each year and may be customized to include the school’s logo or specific elements that represent the school’s identity.
💡 What if I Purchased a Class Image Add-On but the School Doesn’t Take Class Pictures?
Occasionally, the school might not request class pictures for every Picture Day session. If this happens, you won’t receive a class photo from that session. However, you can apply the credit from your class photo purchase toward another photo product, or save it for future sessions when class photos are offered.
